en	Description: An alien planet is on the verge of famine so the local scientists develop huge monsters which, by casting rays of light, can create large quantities of food, buildings and roads in the blink of an eye. But, at the height of their power, the Ki-Kong suddenly turn against their creators and set off on a course of destruction. Unable to control or destroy them, the scientists have only one recourse: to exile the Ki-Kong... to Earth. (by marktreut, history)
it	Su una lontana galassia, un popolo di extra-terrestri ha dato vita ad una creatura, il Ki-Kong, in grado di materializzare risorse e infrastrutture per il bene della civiltà. A un certo punto, però, la natura dei Ki-Kongi si trasforma da creativa in distruttiva; essi vengono quindi allontanati tramite un'astronave e finiscono sulla terra. Toccherà quindi ai paperi risolvere il problema e riportare la situazione alla normalità. Il tema dell'"invasione dallo spazio" (non dimentichiamo che è una storia del 1973!) entra nel mondo di Paperopoli. Il disegno di Cavazzano è eccezionale come al solito, la sceneggiatura di Cimino procede per flash creando un plot volutamente poco compatto ma efficacissimo, di stile cinematografico. In definitiva si tratta di una storia che entra di diritto tra i grandi classici di ogni tempo. (by bobo olson, history)
